'Discriminatory treatment'

It seems that well known (world) clubs have a high priority over little known teams on same court decision cases.
Today the court of arbitration for sport 'did not' want to reduce Atletico Madrid penalty for signing new players, so the original sentence stands: until January 2018 the team cannot add new players. Under these circumstances, the club can still bring new players, but they will debut after the ban fully finishes. To ease little bit on this wound, the financial fine was cut from 900.000 to 550.000 Swiss francs (504.786 euros). However overall, the club angrily reacted to this decision stating how this treatment is unfair and that 'recently and in a similar case the penalty was partially lifted'.
Atletico reminds on their city rivals Real punishment was halved at the same court last December, which means new players could come from next month.
