One case of punishment for a coach and its club

We all know how one trainer reacted at the Europa league 2022-23 final duel, and weeks after that incident came the result from the European football organization where the next sanction would happen only on an international scene.

Roma has lost the the last important duel of the season, and its trainer was furious at the main official. It was obvious that Jose Mourinho is going to be punished, but the question was with how much after he addressed the official with unsolicited language, cursing and so on. The decision from this Wednesday is that the 60-year-old will be removed from the bench on four matches. Knowing that Roma will began its participation in Europa league from the group phase, their coach would return to lead them for the last two duels.

And because their supporters behaved badly before, during and after the match, the Italian club also had to pay 55.000 euros.

As soon as Saint Kitts and Nevis was confirmed as the last (and also debut) participant, now all players are known that will take part at the major football holiday this summer in the region.

The Gold Cup 2023 team list has been completed this Tuesday with the final three qualifying games for the event, and immediately after that all footballers were known to the public. Each of the 16 coaches had to submit 23 names that will entertain us every night beginning from 24 June appearing in the group stage, and then quarter-finals, semi-finals together with the big final which is going to close the competition on 16 July. Unfortunately, it is impossible to see all 368 players, but those who will be fit to play would surely give their best to be noticed.

From last and this week five separate draws have been made for the two European club international tournaments marking the start of the new calendar year.

Journey for the new 2023-24 season began on 13 June when the layout for the preliminary phase of Champions league was revealed.
