Infantino the mighty

It started like every ordinary day before the weekend. From 5 official candidates that contested the FIFA presidential race, suddenly one of them pulled out from the contention before it even began.
This day has finally arrived. The long awaited FIFA extraordinary congress in Zurich have to give us an answer to the question of who will be president of the world's powerful football organization. And around 18.00 CET the envelope have said that Gianni Infantino has won with 203 votes. Prior to the race the South African businessman Tokyo Sexwale announced his withdrawal. His annunciation meant that we were left with 'only' 4 candidates. With all 207 members of associations eligible for voting, Afghanistan was called first on the stands...First round results looked like this: 7 votes given to Jerome Champagne, 27 for Prince Ali, 85 voted for sheikh Salman and 88 for Gianni Infantino. The rule strictly says that candidate must win at least majority of 2/3 (two-thirds) or 138 votes in order to be announced as president. As that never happened in round 1, we entered the second where new rule apply from now on: candidate must receive 104 votes to win. If no one obtains that number the lowest ranking nominee will be dropped out of the race (like playing elimination game) and the next round will be on. But this (second) round gave us the final winner: Jerome Champagne receives nothing, 4 went to Prince Ali, 88 voted for sheikh Salman and the joy belonged to Gianni Infantino who received 115 votes. The most happiest man at the congress said in a speech that 'new era' is starting for FIFA and that image have to be restored. The 45 year old Swiss will serve as the president until 2019.
Will he bankrupt the organization, as some of his rivals were saying, we just have to wait and see in the following years.
