Will UEFA admit Kosovo?

According to reports, at the next congress UEFA is considering the proposal of Kosovo's admission to the full membership. The Southern Serbian territory is hoping to get green light at UEFA's meeting on 25 February. Football Federation of Kosovo currently has limited freedom of action. In January 2014 FIFA allowed them to play friendly games with restriction of the usage of symbols. If UEFA indeed allows the admission, Kosovo will be able to compete in the 2020 EURO qualifiers and its clubs will be allowed to compete in Eurocups. Currently Kosovo is nor UEFA nor FIFA member.
Next opponent will be Austria who has showed a desire to play a friendly game after the 2016 European Championship.
