One step closer to victory

UEFA's general secretary, now running for the presidential race in FIFA Gianni Infantino, is confident that he will receive more than half of the votes from the Africa Confederation. He released that statement besides the Confederation of African Football (CAF) officially support the Bahrain Sheikh Salman. As CAF has 54 nations who are participating in the voting process, the 45 year old is still hoping to get the majority from this region. On the invitation on the fellow candidate Tokyo Sexwale, Infantino on Monday is visiting South Africa. As the Swiss can make 'impact in Africa, after the discussions I have made with many African (federation) presidents I feel very confident'.
Africa, with the largest number of voting countries, is seen very important confederation for the two rival favorites Salman and Infantino.
