Is Sexwale withdrawing?

Earlier today there was a report, which is not confirmed yet, that Tokyo Sexwale is withdrawing from the FIFA presidential race. The only South African candidate is seen as less expected winner for the upcoming election. Last week his spokesman gave a statement that Sexwale was 100% sure it would stand in the race. The businessman is criticized from its own (South African) media for a lackluster campaign. He is hoping that he will get full support of the Confederation of African Football when they meet in Kigali, Rwanda on 05 February. Out of 209 FIFA member nations, Africa has 54.
The South African manifesto includes commitment to make FIFA more transparent. One of them are fairer distribution of World Cup slots and bringing an outside business leaders to advice FIFA on good governance.
