More records from La Liga

Some records have occurred this weekend in Spain worth mentioning.
We knew that Barcelona are winning game by game and that is nothing new, really. But the Catalans' last away win, on Sunday against Levante, have tied an all time club record of 28 games without loss. The unbeaten streak was first set by Pep Guardiola's team from the 2010/11 season. This was the tenth win in a row for Barcelona in all competitions. Luis Enrique's club has not lost since the seventh round of Primera Division in October, where Sevilla beat them 2:1. 'The Blaugrana' team coached by Rinus Michels in the 1973/74 season, with Johan Cruyff in the squad, also had not lost in 27 straight games. We now only guess that next week when the champions will play seventh placed Celta Vigo in Camp Nou next Sunday, it will be a real festivity for a number of 29.
Elsewhere in Spain, we congratulate Fernando Torres for scoring 100 goals for Atletico Madrid. On Saturday they came from behind to beat Eibar 3:1, with the 31 year old admitted that 'is like a dream come true'. He scored the jubilee goal in the first minute injury time just before the game ended.
