Blatter and Platini expected to be present at World Cup

Banned from football for 8 years, Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini are again making the news headlines. Both are hoping to be in one major competition. Well, at least one of them might just pull it through...
The disgraced, 'fantastic duo' are invited to attend 2018 World Cup in Russia. The call was sent by Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko who said that these two are still permitted to attend football events. Russian president Vladimir Putin has called Blatter 'a very respected person' who had done much for development of global football and therefore he should get the Nobel Peace Prize.
For entering 2018 we have to wait 2 more years. By then Court of Arbitration for Sport have to overturn FIFA's suspension into Platini's favor. On the other hand, Blatters' football career is over.
