Judges had mercy on a dishonest player

Daniel Sturridge faced with 11 charges because of rules violation of misleading information on the transfer market that happened last January. However, he was found guilty of 9 out of which only 2 were proven. Originally the striker had to be removed from this sport for 6 weeks, but last Thursday he received only 2 weeks suspension plus had to pay 75.000 pounds (83.023 euros). There was little information about the case, however in the weight of the accusations some were saying that this was way too soft and that the player had to be banned from football for life.
It was even confirmed that one member of his family placed a bet that the footballer would go to Inter, but instead the 29-year-old finished at West Bromwich Albion that time.
