Year of moving finals

Due to political reasons at the East Asian subregion last Monday it was played the AFC Cup final, where the the game was previously moved two times from its original schedule. From one city to the other, and then again at the end was installed in third town.
We are leaving this continent and shifting to South America where one other final is also displaced. Until three weeks ago, the CONMEBOL organization was certain that the Copa Libertadores would be played in the Chilean capital. But because in Santiago there is an ongoing civil unrest, six days ago it was decided that this duel will be moved in Lima. For the first time in the competition Flamengo and (the title defender) River Plate on 23 November are going to decide the champion of the confederation in a single game.
The winner from the capital of Peru will represent the continent at the Club World Cup which starts next month.
