Highest paid coaches

Last Wednesday, when Jose Mourinho has agreed to train Tottenham, the public learned how much the Portuguese will be paid on a yearly basis. The 56-year-old is going to receive 17.5 million euros, which makes him second most payable coach in the world.
Before him is only the Spanish manager Pep Guardiola, who at Manchester city (England) earns 23 million euros per season. Atletico Madrid (Spain) pays Diego Simeone 15 million euros for the third place, followed by Rafael Benitez which is at the Chinese club Dalian Yifang who is receiving 13 million euros. Position number five is shared by two trainers: Fabio Cannavaro at Guangzhou evergrande (team from People's Republic of China) and Zinedine Zidane in Real Madrid (club from Spain) both have the same financial weight - 11.5 million euros.
