Qualifying punishments

Two Balkan countries have been penalized which played in EURO qualifiers from September and October.
Last Monday the European football organization has punished Serbia because of racist behavior of its fans against Portugal. Also the home team is accused of fireworks from the fans, unauthorized entering from them into the pitch after the match and delaying the game, although this duel was deferred of 78 seconds (just for comparison: France and Albania who played on the same night started after 7 minutes and 30 seconds from the original schedule). Because of these 'serious' charges the association has to deliver 33.250 euros fine plus play their next game on an empty stadium.
Eight days later came the case of Bulgaria - England match where we all know what happened. The disgusting behavior from the home spectators where the match was interrupted twice is (probably) equal to 75.000 euros punishment plus playing their next official duel (this month) behind closed doors. If the racist offence is going to be repeated in the next two years, then one more duel will be activated.
