In the beginning of July the European football organization has thrown out a club that had the right to participate at the Conference league over falsified documents and corruption for the 2013-14 season. After was rejected again at the committee of the same house, the club has decided to appeal this decision and when no one expected were reinstated in the competition.
On 16 July Osasuna had requested the Court of arbitration for sport to review this case in quick procedure, while 10 days later the tribunal gave final judgement: nowadays the club has no guilt (and was a victim) of what occurred one decade ago and can play at international scene. The confederation has automatically removed the ban thus their name will appear at the play-off draw which is scheduled to be on 07 August.
