From 12 July a survey was opened on the Asian football confederation to choose 11 best players from the previous 17 editions of the Asian Cup. That lasted for 18 days where fans were encouraged to vote for the all-time starting line-up of the continental championship. Result of the whole process was revealed last Saturday or only five months before the start of the tournament. Everything was announced on the website of the confederation under the name Dream XI.
Also, this vote has also brought a winner, who has matched its squad with the final one, by winning a spectacular prize: trip for two at the opening game of the event that kick-offs on 12 January 2024.
