Nominees for Asian best player

On 10 November Kashima Antlers have won an first ever title of the Asian Champions league. And to celebrate even further two of its players from the Japanese victory team, are candidates for the best footballer in Asia.
Midfielder Kento Misao and his teammate, striker Yuma Suzuki are on the shortlist of three players competing for the prize. Apart from these two, this Monday the confederation has also named the defender Abdelkarim Hassan, who plays for Qatar club Al Sadd, for the race. Over to the female side Samantha Kerr from Australia is searching for the second consecutive award. Her opponents are Saki Kumagai (Japan) and Wang Shuang (PR China) who will try to prevent that.
There are 3 same categories for men and women (coach, youth and best player of 2018), and in all 6 only 3 names are written. The winners are going to be known next Wednesday at the grand ceremony in Oman convention and exhibition centre in Muscat, Oman starting from 16.00 CET.
