North America and Caribbean region plays an official tournament

After Africa, Asia and Europe (who are all playing preliminary / qualifying matches for their own championship), this region plays the only official event next week.
The North American and Caribbean confederation are preparing for the Nations league games starting with round three and four. Practically the last game of next weekend means that we are entering the following phase.
