Couple of days earlier the striker have moved from Nantes to Cardiff city, and since then these two were in a brawl of who what has to pay.
Welsh team has defended itself saying that the Argentine did not participate even a second for them, while their counterparts were objecting that they have already sold the player. By the known rule of what you sold you have to pay up, finally, on 26 August the Court of Arbitration for sport brought the decision that Cardiff city club have to deliver its first part of installment which was previously agreed of six million euros.
