At World Cup final of 1986 in Mexico Argentina have met with West Germany. The result from this game is not important here, but what is, was that Lothar Matthaus exchanged jerseys with Diego Maradona at half time. Probably this will all be meaningless to read only to find out that 36 years later the uniform of the Argentine star was donated in a football museum. Seven days ago the legendary number 10 shirt is exhibited at a Legends building in Madrid.
For this generous move the former German captain received a plaque in honour of his career and contribution to sport values from the Embassy of Argentina located in the Spanish capital.
