Rigorous UEFA

Today the European football organization has banned three clubs who has financial debts. If these trio fail to pay until 31 January, when UEFA has set a deadline, then they would not participate in the European Cup competitions for the next three seasons.
Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk are in deep financial problems but despite that they were allowed to compete in last season's Europa League final, where they lost 3:2 to Sevilla. Certainly, the political instability in Ukraine did its part, whereas players reportedly are receiving only parts of their salaries. The other expelled teams are Targu Mures from Romania and Inter Baku. Club statement said that the Azerbaijan club will appeal the decision to the sport's highest court - CAS.
Beside these three one more team is added to this ban. Another Romanian club Astra Giurgiu was also ordered to settle their debts until the same date but UEFA did not give further details on that matter.
