World football organization 'temporarily' owns one South American association

After Wilmar Valdez was again re-elected for president of the Uruguayan football association for a new term, the 53-year-old has resigned the next day. The whole problem lies inside the organization for the 2030 World Cup campaign, which the country wants to hold the event together with Argentina and Paraguay.
