First time on a club tournament

Last Monday the Asian football confederation has decided to introduce the video assistant referee system on its main international club event - the Champions league. These little (and accurate) monitors from above will be installed from the quarter final stage and onwards: which means that the debut is going to be presented from 30 September in the West region, while for the Eastern part this method is going to be first seen out of 25 November.

In the continent this model was first appeared and tested successfully in the team competitions: from the quarter final phase at the 2019 edition of the Asian Cup at United Arab Emirates, and one year later for the whole event (32 games) of the youth 23 championship in Thailand.
