Played partially without any spectators

At one Europa league duel yesterday night was ordered to play behind closed doors...but not entirely.
With two matches without spectators, last Monday the European football organization has punished Partizan because of (supposedly) racist chants as a main reason. Allegedly the home fans (when the Serbian club played Malatyaspor in the third qualifying round) behaved inappropriately towards the visiting footballer Mitchell Donald. Thus one penalty the club already did on Thursday night, while the other will be either in group phase or at qualifiers next season before an empty stadium. However, this stadium was not completely empty. The organization has allowed youth footballers from the well known Partizan school to attend the game. All these kids were accompanied by their coaches and parents.
Along for racist behavior, a fine of 24.250 euros was also issued together with blocked stairways, fireworks and throwing various objects on the pitch.
