Ordered to spread an appropriate banner for everyone to see

From 30 September Union Berlin was under surveillance from the European football organization because their spectators were involved in a scandal against the Israeli champions Maccabi Haifa. With anti semitic chants, Nazi salutes and slurs towards the visiting fans and players, the justified punishment came one month later. Yesterday the decision was that one section of their arena where were these so called 'people' (or in short hooligans) have to be closed plus before their next home match (someone) has to spread a "No to racism" banner. And that duel will be against Feyenoord in five nights from now at the same competition (Conference league).
