Originally there were 12 teams in April, majority have pulled out from the idea, thus at the end only three of them stayed to defend the whole thing. Although three teams means nothing to determine the championship winner, nor there will be plenty of games to play.
Despite the pressure from everyone, this trio of clubs did not abandon their favourite closed project called Super league, where after its introduction the European football organization has announced punishments of whoever was involved. But from that initial plan they gave up, so from last Monday Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus everything is forgiven or in other words escape the penalty that supposed to pay for breaking away.
