Five crucial games tonight

Champion league resumes tonight with first five pairs from which the winners will go into the final qualifying stage. Losing clubs will have another chance to compete, but this time in the Europa league tournament.

- Qarabag - Viktoria Plzen. A very strong Qarabag side seems to be confident when they are playing at home, but tonight Viktoria Plzen would like to score at least one goal. With that precious away goal Czech Republic champions will progress through to the play off (qualifying) round. Qarabag surely will do everything to win this match, but Viktoria Plzen will try to leave the stadium undefeated.
- APOEL Nicosia - Rosenborg. By just looking at how Rosenborg are playing as visitors, it all points out that a home win will come easily. In this decisive game APOEL Nicosia would have nothing to loose but to go for a victory as the Cypriot club are one goal down from the first leg. As the Norwegians have minimal advantage they would not sit back and hold the result but they will win the away game as well.
- Dinamo Tbilisi - Dinamo Zagreb. The two Dinamo's meet again in one week. Both are very confident for a win as both are scoring goals. But Dinamo Zagreb looks to be in a slight advantage by adding new points to their coefficient name.
- Crvena Zvezda - Ludogorets Razgrad. Bulgarian champions have nothing to loose but to win this match if they (still) want to progress to the fourth qualifying round. Crvena Zvezda lately is playing some excellent football at home and will try everything to spoil their crowd with another (important) win as Ludogorets Razgrad as guests this summer are achieving mixed results.
- Dundalk - BATE Borisov. Last game of the night is in Republic of Ireland where BATE Borisov is defending a minimal advantage over its rivals. At this stadium last year these two played a scoreless draw and tonight Dundalk would have to score at least two to go through. This summer season, the Belorussian club are also capable of giving goals as visitors and nothing will stop them to record another victory.
