Last ten clubs that will go in different routes

Twenty teams are fighting to enter into the next stage of the lucrative Champions league. But only half of them will enter into the play off round for the group stages while the other (losing) half will be transferred to the Europa league competition. Will we have some new names to look out for or surprise will be out of the question we have to wait and see around 23.00 CET or maybe further than that (if extra time and penalties are needed).

- FC Copenhagen - Astra Giurgiu. After a very tough game last week in Romania, FC Copenhagen is on the verge of qualifying for the fourth round thanks to an away goal. As the Danish team looks very confident at home and should take this one easily, Astra Giurgiu are achieving awful results away.
- Steaua - Sparta Prague. Second Romanian representative, famously known Steaua, happens to play at the same time as the champions Astra. It all looks good for Steaua but lately the club is struggling to get positive results at home. Sparta Prague as visitors are also battling to find their good form, so the home side should take the match.
- Hapoel Beer Sheva - Olympiakos. The Israeli team has an excellent opportunity to go into the next round of qualifiers by ousting one of the great and known name in football. Absolute recorder in Greece and current champions Olympiakos, after scoreless draw, have certain troubles now to skip this hurdle as they will need to give at least one goal in a Hapoel Beer Sheva team who is playing a superb football at home. Tonight we have to see some excellent football in Beersheba as both clubs will give their best in this derby with a home team victory.
- Young Boys - Shakhtar Donetsk. Young Boys will give everything for a win tonight, but as home results are dreadful it will be very difficult even to progress through. On the other hand Shakhtar Donetsk are looking very confident to take the away win as well.
- PAOK - Ajax. In Thessalonki PAOK are meeting Ajax, another great name in world football. Both clubs are playing very well so a fantastic match is ahead of us. But unfortunately one club must say goodbye to the Champion league for this season. In a last match between these two, on this same stadium, both clubs have scored an entertaining six goals draw. And another one might follow too.
- Red Bull Salzburg - Partizani. Red Bull Salzburg is not playing an excellent football in the moment as they even barely record a victory in Albania last week. However the replacement club Partizani resist their rivals well in the first leg. And tonight other than an Austrian win will be a real surprise.
- Anderlecht - Rostov. In the first game we saw a four goals thriller. We are doubting that it will happen again but Rostov do need to score goals if they want to stay in the competition. Russians are capable of that but Anderlecht also look dangerous. It will be interesting to see the approach of both teams but another draw may follow.
- Celtic - Astana. Celtic has an excellent chance to finish the game before its own supporters at Celtic Park. They are not playing very well at the moment but the determination says otherwise. Unrecognizable Astana is definitely not the same club from last year and they will find comfort in the Europa league.
- Legia - Trencin. Home side are achieving some dreadful results at home and their opponents are also doing the same. Trencin would know that only victory will save their Champions league campaign so they have to attack from second one. It is still unlikely that Legia will lose this easily so a draw would be fair for both.
- Monaco - Fenerbahce. The derby of the round is promising to end that way. After a minimal lead for Fenerbahce the team will try (at least) to save that. But Monaco's victorious run will cause them trouble, so it will be unpredictable to see who will drop off and who will continue. Home club is certainly favorites of winning this one, but Turkish team is not without a chance and will do everything to stall them back.
