Anti-cheating events

It is announced that both European club competitions will have video assistant referee systems who are going to be installed next season, but now is actually known that are lagging way to behind, as one other confederation is introducing them first in 2018 finals.
The African region has decided that their two club events, Champions league and Confederation Cup, will be using an 'anti-cheating systems' who are going to be monitored from above in the last game of this season (which are in November for the first tournament, and December for the second). The decision was specified at the executive committee meeting in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt on 27 and 28 September, after a successful usage of the technique at the Super Cup this February.
