Big change of a final Cup format

Under his leadership, the Spanish Super Cup was changed when the final was played in only one game on neutral ground instead of two (home and away duels). Last Tuesday the president of the Spanish football federation Luis Rubiales has announced another drastic shift of the event for this year: four teams will be involved in the final which is going to be played in a foreign country, who said that "the next Super Cup will be played outside of Spain with a 'Final 4' format". Apart from the two Copa del Rey finalists, the idea is to involve as well the top two teams from the LaLiga championship.
