Trouble with liquidity

Seven days ago CF Reus Deportiu was being kicked out from the Segunda (second) division in Spain due to a huge debt. Local media reported that the obligation towards their players have surpassed 7 million euros, although the ex-owner Joan Oliver, convinced the public that he was in search of investors and future of the club is stable. After being thrown out from professional football on three years, the Catalan team also has to pay 250.000 euros fine.
