An agony for Cameroonian football is finally over

For nearly two years professional Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 players in Cameroon did not get paid. The Synafoc (Syndicate of professional footballers in Cameroon) organization together with FIFPro (Federation of professional footballers) have complained to FIFA due to a huge debt in salaries and bonuses towards players and clubs in this Central African state. Last Thursday, the Cameroonian professional football league has released 84 million CFA francs (128.057 euros) to pay for liabilities of all 24 teams hoping that the dust will finally calm down.
