New cycle of qualifiers

The old continent is going to start a new set of qualifiers: for the complicated EURO 2020 event. As there is / are no privileged country / countries who can qualify directly for the ending competition every member nation is going to have a good sweat, just to get to the finals. For next week are scheduled to start these (a year long) qualifiers, plus on the weekend only 10 duels are going to open from round 2.
