Asian investment in a Balkan club

From the start of last weekend FK Sarajevo has a new owner. The biggest private corporation in Vietnam (Vietnam football development and investment fund) is now the majority proprietor of the team. Its director is Nguyen Hoai Nam, a multimillionaire who purchased 60 percent of shares from the former owner of Chinese-Malaysian investor and businessman Vincent Tan which now has 30 percent. The remaining shares (10 percent) are in the hands of various people in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
