Playing duels at group stage - the beginning

Usually these two competitions are taking place around middle of September each year, but due to known health issues they were delayed one month later. Because of that, in the following three midweeks consecutively we are going to be entertained with the European Cups (league) that also marks the official start of 2020-21 season in the continent. After qualifiers are over part number two (until December) will be - the group phases.

Eight equal duels on two successive nights with couple of kick off times. In short, this is the recipe for the Champions league. The only clubs playing here from Denmark and Turkey, together with Krasnodar and Stade Rennais, are going to participate for the first time in this event.

Club competition number two which is playing unfortunately on one single night have 24 duels. Because of many matches that kickoff in the same time there may be difficulties what to watch among the most interesting Europa league: 12 at the first time slot and 12 in the second. Here from next week are going to appear five debutants: the only teams from Cyprus and Turkey plus Antwerp, Granada and Leicester.
