Ending of first phase and commencing the second

Some teams at the North, Central America and the Caribbean region are going to appear for the last time in these World Cup 2022 qualifiers because round one is finishing, thus only the 6 group winners will advance through. Towards the end of next weekend immediately phase two is commencing, so three pairs remains a mystery until the following 11 games are over:

08 June, Tuesday at 23.00 CET: Trinidad and Tobago - Saint Kitts and Nevis.

09 June, Wednesday at 01.00 CET: Barbados - Dominica.
09 June, Wednesday at 01.00 CET: Grenada - Montserrat.
09 June, Wednesday at 02.00 CET: Bermuda - Cayman islands.
09 June, Wednesday at 02.00 CET: Curacao - Guatemala.
09 June, Wednesday at 03.00 CET: Panama - Dominican Republic.
