Even birds on trees knew that this would happen: seven days ago the Court of arbitration for sport has denied Russian teams and clubs to participate on the European continent. In total six appeals were rejected from the tribunal: the Football union of Russia against the world together with the European football organization, plus four clubs that was treated separately: CSKA Moscow, Dynamo Moscow, Sochi and Zenit Saint Petersburg.
Now the association can file a new complaint to the Federal supreme court of Switzerland, but also can ask the above tribunal to compensate for the financial losses that the two affiliations has imposed sanctions from 28 February.
