All interested member associations throughout Asia had been given a new extended deadline if they want to bring the best 24 teams of the continent on their soil. From this May the Asian Cup 2023 competition had been left without a host (because of well known health reason), then the confederation have set 30 June for those who wanted to bid, and seven days ago that date was changed to 15 July.
So far Indonesia is the only country, which have been confirmed submitting the necessary documents.
