Because of the solvency issue and facing difficulties to pay their players for 2022-23 season, on 03 March the European football organization has punished 11 clubs from 9 different countries. Some of them are penalized on probationary period of two or one season depending if the financial troubles continues and if the salary obligations are not fulfilled in time. The amounts varies from 50.000 to even 450.000 euros as a supplemental fine that one club has to deliver due to licensing reason.
