'New' elimination event for this month

This tournament is old, but this month is making its debut with the second play off round. This is the last time losing sides from the first play off round are given second chance. From this stage Bhutan joins all 5 losing sides. This elimination process will round up over two legs just to see which three teams will go into the third and long qualifying round for the AFC Asian Cup, UAE 2019. For now, all 3 pairs are next week with the first leg while next month are scheduled the return matches.
