Technology tournaments

Is it telepathy or not, it is still mysterious, but on the same day two continents have agreed to use identical techniques in their competitions, and both of them happened yesterday. As it look like, more and more football events are favorable of the video assistant referee system.
After the sceptical look from the 'birds view above', the UEFA president finally gave green light for introducing them at official competitions. It is announced that from next season (2019-20) this technology is going to be present at Champions league, starting from the play-off (fourth qualifying) round onwards. For the (most interesting event) Europa league this system will arrive one year later (2020-21). Also it is going to debut in Super Cup 2019, EURO 2020 and Nations league finals 2021.
Same matter was discussed at another confederation. This time in question is the Asian Cup 2019. With only 100 days away, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan it was decided that next year main referees on the pitch will have great help from 'the televised controllers positioned above' (unfortunately, not all games will be covered). Thus, the seventeenth edition of Asian football championship in United Arab Emirates will be going into history books: as first tournament which is going to use 'anti-cheating digital monitoring technique'.
