Unsuitable words spoken from teacher

We are often seeing how much racial remarks are coming from spectators, but hearing these words from a coach is brand new.

Several people (including players) in the Norwegian club Stromsgodset were insulted on racial basis from their manager Henrik Pedersen. This kind of behavior from the Danish trainer was happening repeatedly, and local media has described his leading style as 'extreme' and 'culture of fear'. Since the beginning of the month many meetings were held at the club to give support to the 43-year-old, however on 08 April they had to admit that the situation was unbearable and fired him. Details of what he truly said were not revealed in public, while the accused side is defending himself telling that he did not do anything wrong.
