On 08 October 2020 Portugal and Spain have been confirmed as candidates to host the World Cup 2030 tournament. Less than two years later, a third country has been added to the existing two.
As this is the only bid from the old continent, last Wednesday Ukraine has officially joined the neighbouring nations in their attempt to bring the best teams of the world on its soil. Hence the new partnership (of course) have full support from the European football organization.
Knowing that the shortest distance by air line between the Iberian Peninsula and the fresh joined country is 2.992 kilometers this alliance have a really small chance to succeed, taking consideration of traveling, tiredness...
