Great confusion in the competitions by UEFA

After Skenderbeu was disqualified yesterday over match fixing scandal, there was a great mixed up at the pairs in both Europa and Champions league.
One day before Partizani had to play its second leg tie against Slovan Bratislava in the Europa league, (suddenly) that game has been cancelled. This match can still happen, at the original time at 19.00 CET, but it will be marked as a friendly game (if both sides agree to play). The reason: Partizani has been 'switched' to the Champions league instead of the original champion. This means that the Slovakian team automatically qualified for the second preliminary round, after playing 0:0 in the first leg in Albania.
In the 'strongest' competition the runners-up in the Albanian Superliga for 2015/16 season will now play its first match in the Champions league. Next week transferred Partizani will welcome Ferencvaros at the second qualifying round as a 'new' pair.
