Because children are not responsible nor to blame or punished for actions of the grown ups, Russian footballers will take part on qualifying games across Europe. For the moment only the youth team of under 17 years of age would make return on the field. Although they are allowed to participate the Russian team will not be able to hear their national anthem, without any official symbols attached of their country and have to play their games on neutral place. Besides this, referees will also return to officiate international duels. In agreement with the world football organization, the European one announced this decision on 26 September, in which of course their neighbouring states strongly opposes.
Ukraine would be boycotting whole competitions if Russian children appears while Poland is refusing to play against them.
