Additional information: group 1 game Jamaica - Suriname and Haiti - French Guiana from group 2 also supposed to be played on the same night, but they were postponed due to the biggest Caribbean hurricane Matthew which caused many problems on Monday in Kingston and Port-au-Prince. There is no new date on when these will be played.
