Presidents who are new and old in their posts

Last week two chairmen have been elected in various football institutions: one of them is completely new to lead his continent, while the other is a well known name who returns to guide the old club.
Since the punishment of (the corrupt functionary) Ahmad Ahmad was reduced from five to two years and of 200.000 to 50.000 Swiss francs (45.058 euros) by the Court of Arbitration for sport past Monday, that meant that the Madagascar official could not run for second term of the presidential spot for the African confederation. Instead, on 12 March in the capital of Morocco that place belonged to the surprised winner Patrice Motsepe. Owner of Mamelodi sundowns, the South African businessman has become the eighth president of the affiliation, who is also brother-in-law to the current president of the country Cyril Ramaphosa.
Four days earlier, the postponed elections from January was held and completed at Barcelona. The club have 109.531 members out of which 54.28 percent or 30.184 voters supported Joan Laporta. Leader of the same team from 2003 until 2010, beat favorite Victor Font (received 16.679 votes, 29.99 percent) in second and Antoni Freixa (with 4.769 votes, 8.58 percent) at third place.
