Another death hit Nigerian football

Just days after Big Boss Stephen Keshi suffered cardiac arrest, another former Nigeria coach has died this weekend. Technical director and former Super Eagles coach Amodu Shuaibu passed away in his sleep after he complained on chest pains. He was 58.
Mostly working with clubs in his native county, two times he led its national team to high places while twice he failed to do so. Shuaibu qualified Nigeria for 2002 and 2010 World Cup finals but never participated in them as he was sacked before both tournaments. Also at the same years he led Super Eagles to third place at the African Cup of Nations.
