Ex-UEFA president can attend EURO 2016

Disgraced Frenchman Michel Platini today was cleared by FIFA to visit all the games for the forthcoming European championship which starts this weekend. In a letter to UEFA it was explained that the 60 year old is allowed to attend the matches as a person but cannot be performing official duties. Now it is (still) unclear to us of how a TOTAL ban
from football can be interpreted with this 'strange' letter from FIFA.
As UEFA will elect new chief in September in Greece, this will be first EURO event that a president will not be giving the championship trophy to the winners. It is unclear whether Platini will be present after all.
