One hooligan arrested ahead of the EURO start

Apart from massive strikes throughout the country French authorities also have to deal with English hooligans before the European championship. First kickoff has not even started yet and already fans are being arrested. Before midnight on Thursday in Marseille police used tear gas to disperse fighting with locals. One English supporter has been arrested for violent disorder insulting a barman and other guests in a pub. Meanwhile another fan which was hit by a wooden chair has suffered a head injury. According to reports some English fans chanted: 'ISIS, where are you?'.
English supporters are in the southern city ahead of the team's first game against Russia this Saturday.
