Some players will be free, some will not

Football need to be a clean sport and the cheaters must be out of it. When it comes to the European championship which starts on Friday we can expect that all present players will be tested, but that will not be the case here.
Every now and then UEFA is full of (new) ideas. But today the organization has announced the original so far - that some players might not be tested at all (for the whole event). Because some national organizations do not perform blood collection the players will avoid to be blood tested. However, the organizing committee will specially supervise the Russian team as this nation lately was hit by doping cases and sanctions from various sports.
Just for this purpose the anti-doping spending program was costing UEFA 1 million euros.
