Renowned referee involved in corruption

Last Tuesday night Pavel Kralovec officiated the last group phase game from the Champions league from the sixth round between Chelsea and Krasnodar, while the following morning the local media mentioned his name in a match fixing scandal. In the summer he had a strange talk over the phone with Roman Berbr (who was an ex official at the Czech football association and in custody since October), where these two have done a serious scheme of how to rig a match that happened this July.
A duel in question was the local Cup final amongst Slovan Liberec and Sparta Praha, and numerous 'gifts' deliberately were done in favor of the visitors. Number one topic after the game was that the 43-year-old did not issued a red card to Sparta Praha player at one point although the little monitors from above (video assistant referee system) showed the real picture.
Because of these hard accusations the Czech football organization has removed his name from the referee list until the end of the season.
